In order to assure excellence in all work, Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers offers its members and contractors an extensive quality assurance program that includes:

• State-accredited apprenticeship training taught by instructors certified through the International Masonry Institute (IMI)

• 160 hours of craft-related training per year, plus on the job training, for all BAC apprentices

• Continuing education programs and training on product-related or job specific subjects

• Specialty training integrating new products with superior product knowledge

• Consulting on building design and specification, construction scheduling, masonry materials, new masonry products and project value engineering

• Foreman and supervisor training and continuing education

• Drug testing policy

• First-class facilities for training and continuing education
